Buddy has a perineal hernia* and an enlarged prostate with paraprostatic cysts*.
The extensive exams and meds that have been needed to treat and manage the pain have started to add up and he needs a major surgery...I would like to raise some funds to cover his medical bills.
The vet says his whole body is intact and he's in perfect shape. He should respond well to treatment - so with your help I would like to let him enjoy the years he has left in him.

* Perineal Hernia: When the muscles in the pelvic diaphragm of an animal fail to provide necessary support, a hernia can develop causing a great amount of pain and discomfort. Physical symptoms include swelling of the perineal area, protrusion from the pelvis or surrounding areas, and the inability to control the bowels.
* Paraprostatic cysts: hese are fluid-filled cysts that develop adjacent to the prostate.
