Teacher & Mom Of 3 Cancer Treatment

I am a single mom with three kids ages 9,11 and 16. I am a teacher and I am 41. My cancer began as cervical and then went lymph and now has appeared in my bones (spine) and a spot above my kidney. I have been working even though I am in pain. I desperately need some help. I have health insurance but I am traveling to Houston to M .D .Anderson hospital October 9 for a week for tests and hope. I need money for a rental, gas, food and a room at the hotel attached to the hospital. I will need to travel to Houston again after this. My paycheck is currently being garnished $600 a month for medical bills. I am seriously in need of help or I wouldn't be asking. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for any assistance.I am not giving up and I need help.
