keep goFETCH in its place

We love what we do and the service we provide to our community and we don't want that to change. The building we care for your beloved pets in could be switching hands and we have a chance to buy the property but lenders won't accept our 10% down payment and are looking for 20% down and that would make for an uncertain future for goFETCH at our current location. We just don't have the funds to afford us the extra 10% down that it will take to save our spot in the community. We are a successful business and have increased revenues every year for the 5 years we have been in business. The banks have told us our margins are too tight or they want to wait until they see this years financials to make a final decision but we don't have the luxury of time on our side. If you love us and don't want to see us go, please find it within yourselves to help us out.
