The Springfield's Irma Disaster Help

Short version:
As you know my dad Scott Springfield and my step mom Christine Springfield have been 1st responders since before I was born, they have always been there for others during floods, fires, and hurricanes. They have always been the ones saving people and have never been the ones who needed to be saved, but now they need your help! As you know my dad and step mom evacuated from their boat (which is also their home) in Marathon key, Marathon key ended up being one of the hardest hit keys. Marathon is cut off from the world right now and my dad and stepmom are unable to return home. They confirmed through a video that their boat is still afloat, but have no idea how extensive the damage may be. They have appeared to have lost both of their dingies in hurricane Irma, my step mom said she may have found hers in a picture she saw. We are still not sure if it is indeed her dingy, and if it is her dingy we have no idea the damage it endured or if it's even salvageable. They need their dingies to get from the boat to shore and from the shore to the boat so they can get to and from work and do other basic daily tasks. Additionally my dad locked his scooter in the marina' s office which became flooded during the hurricane, so his scooter as got flooded and is a total loss. His scooter is his only form of transportation. Nothing they owned had hurricane insurance due the the outrageous costs to have and maintain the hurricane insurance, they could simply not afford it so any damages will not be covered under regular insurance. They have applied for disaster assistance but will need additional support. To make matters worse they have obviously been without work for a week and were told that it may be another month before they can return and that's if they have jobs to return to due to the damages their places of work might have sustained. Please help my dad and step mom to stay afloat, anything will help. Any money raised that is not needed by them will be donated to the city of marathon marina to assist others who need help! My dad Scott Springfield and my step mom Christine Springfield have been 1st responders my whole life and even further back than that! My dad served as a police, firefighter, emt, paramedic, and rescue diver. My step mom served as a combat medic, emt, and paramedic. Their credentials, experience, and lives they saved could go on for miles. They have worked tirelessly through many less than favorable situations. For example my dad worked tropical storm Allison, he was rescue diving for a week and was never able to take his wetsuit off because as soon as he would try another call would come in. He was in that wetsuit for a week covered from head to toe in ant bites and his skin was so water logged it was actually peeling off. All the lives saved were more important to him than the toll it took on his body. My dad ran many calls rescuing people from burning buildings, doing rescue dives, countless hours of cpr, and tons of dangerous calls as a cop. My step mom has also ran many dangerous calls and has also done countless hours of cpr amongst other things to save people's lives while being a combat medic, emt and paramedic. If combat medic doesn't tell you what kind of a person she is I can tell you right now that she is tough as nails and very humble. I literally have to tell her to raise her hand when we are at a function when they ask, "will all veterans and active duty members raise their hand." The reason being she doesn't feel like she should raise her hand because she never served in a war zone which is only because there wasn't a war going on while she was serving, so every time I tell her to raise her hand because she is a veteran. So if that doesn't speak volumes about her then let me tell you how she has always proved she can pull her own with the guys. My step mom is very petite and she will pick people up on the stretcher who are sometimes 3x her weight. Both my dad and stepmom have always been my heroes but I'm sure if you asked around you would have others telling you they are heroes to them as well! Their whole lives they have ran into situations that everyone was running away from. They have given their all to people who could only give them a hug, a smile and a thank you, and that was always more than enough for them! They always loved being 1st responders and helping others no matter how crappy the weather, the situations, or the people lol. Even during the brief time my dad and step mom weren't 1st responders you never would have known. While they were selling medical supplies, every hurricane that came into texas and it's surrounding areas they would always go to the hardest hit areas (or basically go to anyone who needed them) to take them food, water and medical supplies without being asked. Now my dad and step mom have decided to retire from 1st responding and are now working local jobs in marathon key so they can take off to go cruising in their boat conchy tonkin anytime they want, but you can tell the 1st responder blood runs deep within their veins. They told me that it felt weird to have to evacuate and leave because any other time they would have been the ones staying but they knew they need to evacuate because it wasn't safe. My countless years of worrying and frayed nerves from being a daughter of 1st responders blurted out very quickly y'all just evacuate you have more than paid your dues. Lol apparently my nerves are done from worrying about them from the time I was old enough to know how to worry about them until now. But all jokes aside, Scott and Christine have dedicated their lives to saving and helping people, so this is why this cause is so important! My dad and step mom have always been the ones saving people and have never been the ones who needed saving but now they need your help! Let's please show some gratitude for Scott and Christine's life's work as 1st responders and say thank you by donating money to help them out through this difficult time, just like they have helped so many others in their time of need. As you know they were evacuated from hurricane Irma from their boat in marathon key. Marathon ended up being one of the hardest hit keys due to the fact that it was on the dirty side of the eye wall. We have confirmed through a video that their boat (which is their home) is still afloat but we still have no idea about the damages sustained to the boat. We don't know what damages there are due to the fact that they are not able to return to marathon because the keys are cut off from the world right now. The roads are closed, there is no water or food, and there is no cell signal or Wi-Fi, so being able to go home is not an option for them. They have also appeared to have lost both their dingies during Irma. We may have found one dingy in a picture they found but there is no way to know for sure if that is my step mom's dingy. If it is her dingy we don't know what damages is sustained or if it's even salvageable. Without the dingies they have no way to get from their boat to shore or from shore to their boat. This makes it impossible for them to get to work much less just to do everyday tasks. Additionally my dad's scooter was locked in the marina' s office and the office ended up getting flooded during the hurricane which means my dad's scooter was flooded and a complete loss. That scooter was his only means of transportation. My dad and step mom have obviously not been able to work this past week and are also being told that they may not be able to return for a month and that's if there is anything to return to due to the damage their places of work could have sustained during Irma. They have applied for disaster assistance but will need additional support. They have been living within their means by having the jobs they do so they can go sailing when the please so their is not a whole bunch of money left over from paycheck to paycheck, what is left over goes towards their sailing adventures. They also did not have hurricane insurance due to the fact that the costs were incredibly high for them to afford and maintain coverage, so everything lost in the hurricane is not covered by regular insurance.
