Help Belen Recover From Irma

Belen lives in Immokalee, Florida, and built her home with her eldest son over 48 years ago. She is known in the community and goes to church every Sunday; when she is not in the front pew, they come to her house to offer her communion.

Her children helped her prepare for Hurricane Irma as best as possible, and when she came back, her home had been flooded. Around 6 inches of standing water, and every time a car drove by the water rose. Her family is working hard to remove all of the damaged items. Things lost and damaged in this disaster are dear to her, including family photos, furniture, roof, flooring, appliances, and drywall. We want to raise money to help purchase new furniture, flooring, and everything else that needs to be replaced. Any little bit helps, and is greatly appreciated. Her children and grandchildren thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
