Please Help Reunite My Family

Dear Friends and Family, We are now coming up on one year since we started the immigration process for my family and decided it would be a good time for an update. Unfortunately things in Venezuela haven't improved much. Safety is still a huge concern along with living conditions and the ability to find basic needs such as food and medicine. My Dad is a diabetic and also suffered a heart attack this summer and while he is recovering slowly there is concern for finding and affording his medication due to inflation. We are also expressing concern for the fact that he isn't able to work not just because of his medical condition, but also because of the unemployment situation the country is facing. As for the immigration process we have experienced many difficulties. Since we started the process a year ago timelines have been extended. We have also seen a significant increase in fees for each filing form. We are on phase 2 of my Dad's process and are looking at another 6 months to a year before it will be complete. We are still on phase 1 for my Mom's process and are looking at another 1 1/2 to 2 years before her process is complete. My Sister is a different story because she isn't considered immediate family under immigration law. My Dad has to apply for her once his process is complete. This unfortunately makes her timeline double. With all of this said we want to thank each and every one of you from the bottom of our hearts that have surrounded us in prayer over the last year. We would not have been able to make it as far as we have if it wasn't for your prayer and our faith in God. We ask for your continued prayer and also your financial support if you are able as we continue to trust and lean on God through this process. Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your understanding; in all of your ways acknowledge Him, and he will make your paths straight.
