Team Landon Miracle Fund

September 28^th 2006, we were blessed with a beautiful baby boy named Landon Thomas Carr. He is our one and only miracle baby. We have enjoyed his laughter and watching him grow up. On June 18^th 2012 our lives were turned upside down when our son was diagnosed with Juvenile Pilocytic Astrocytoma which is a benign brain tumor. On June 21^st it was removed but so was vital brain tissue which left him unable to talk, cry, laugh, open his eyes or move his right side. The doctors did not expect him to make it through the night. We prayed and the next morning he was breathing without the ventilator. We were in the hospital for 2 months, while there he went through a total of 5 surgeries. He now has a G-tube, trach and a brain shunt. It has been 15 months now and we are still praying for a miracle. He is a fighter and we have seen small improvements. This summer we heard about treatment called Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, in New Orleans. He would go through 40 treatments and we will have to stay the whole time. We need to raise money for treatment and hotel stay. We appreciate any support you can give. Please keep Landon in your thoughts and prayers. We hope this treatment will give us our second miracle.
