Spay Neuter Program

The NJ SPCA is raising funds in order to provide low cost or no cost spay/neuter service to the residents of New Jersey who cannot afford it. The NJ SPCA is an unfunded agency. We receive no state,federal or local funding. We are not affiliated with the ASPCA and receive no funding from them. They are strictly a New York City animal welfare agency.
