Unknown Uncured - 10 Days to Raise

Brittany is a 16 year old that has an unknown condition that she has been suffering with. She has long bouts where she cannot move her limbs or full body without enduring excruciating pain. The pain makes it hard for her to sit up, eat, drink or do much of anything. The symptoms have gotten worse over the past year to where the spells now last 5-6 days sometimes up to 10 and she only receives a 2 day reprieve in between. At which time she tries to be a normal teenager and see friends, go to the mall, hang out with family and do the things we all take for granted. She is missing out on school and having a normal life. It saddens me that this wonderfully sweet teenager is suffering and I can only imagine the emotional strain on the family. The family has taken her to a slew of Doctors in and out of state and no one can seem to diagnose her. They are now making a trip to the Mayo Clinic in the hopes they will figure out her symptoms. I thought wouldn't it be great if I could surprise them and raise money in 10 days to help support their upcoming trip. In the event she is diagnosed theres no doubt they will have a long road ahead of them with medical expenses. I am a big Pearl Jam fan and attending the upcoming show here in Charlotte Wed Oct 30th . Their song title Unthought Unknown inspired me over the weekend and the title for Brittany (Unknown Uncured) to do this and see how much I can raise until the day of the show. She has been going through this pain for so long now that I wanted to do something to help aid in her cure. Thank You for your support for Brittany!!
