Sawadee ka. That's hello in Thai Language of Thailand, a country I was born and raised for 26 years. My name is Maria and I'm half Thai half Philippine proud single mother 3 God-given, precious children(13 years old son, 10 years old daughter, and 3 years old son) living in upstate New York. I'm here to ask for financial help for my 3 children since their father had stopped paying child support as of December 4th of 2017 (without informing anyone)and I had found that out last week on Thursday, February 8, 2018 and did file a violation against him. This is not the first time this happen but the last time it did, I had a job with 2 children. As you can see, that's all we got in our bank account as of Friday, February 9,2018. After many prayers and talking to many friends, it is at my children's best interest that I put my pride and shame aside for my Asian up bringing and hesitation to ask for help is my number one obstacle to get over with and be proactive by reaching out before it's too late. Being homeless with my 2 children in 2009 after their father abandoned us once is enough. I had promised my children that as long as I'm breathing, I will not let that ever happen again. Your kind generosity of these amount of funds are going towards roof over their heads, food in their bellies, electric to keep them warm during these winter months, Internet for them to do school work, gas for transporting to their doctors' appointments, clothes on their backs, etc. until court is set and it's over.
