Dear friends & family of Amy Gibbs,
as if one monster Hurricane hasn't been bad enough for a lifetime, Amy & her family are about to face another volatile storm. My stomach is in a knot!!
Maria, a category 5 hurricane (as of this evening) is approaching the Virgin Islands. My heart aches and it goes out to all island communities.
I spoke to Amy this morning and she will stay once again with her friends because her home is not safe. Her roof and windows are severely damaged!
Please send prayers!!
And let's keep up our amazing efforts to raise funds for someone who always goes out of her way to help others!!!

Dearest friends, I imagine this past week we have all stared into our phones, tablets and TV's to get the latest updates on this monster hurricane who has left a horrific path of destruction behind on a string of islands including St.Thomas. Thank Goddess, my best friend Amy and her family including kids Zia & Soren have evacuated their home before the storm hit and we have just today received word that they are physically unharmed :) :) :)Unfortunately this monster storm has damaged their roof and flooded their home which might now be worsened by Hurricane Jose as I type this :( :( :(Everyone who knows Amy knows that she is one of the most generous and caring humans alive.She is the most beautiful soul I know,constantly giving to her community, on the island as well as on the mainland.I would be a lousy best friend if I didn't at least try to help give back when she and her family needs it most.
