Hi my name is Keenan Hogan and I am raising money to help my neighbor and great friend of mine to raise funds to get him into a new home/ RV trailer . His trailer was demolished by a tornado that touched down here is Sargent, Tx during Hurricane Harvey. Turns out he has no insurance and FEMA will not be helping him.
