<div>Hi All. This is one of the hardest things I've had to do.
</div>
<div>For those that don't know, I have been dealing with some health issues.
</div>
<div>I've had 2 brain injuries, spinal stenosis, degenerative disc disease, 2 total hip replacements and 1 hip revision due to failure.
</div>
<div>Due to cognitive impairment &amp; chronic migraines from my brain injuries, I had to give up my job in the insurance industry.
</div>
<div>I attempted several times to go back into the service industry, however I can no longer do the physical requirements needed for those jobs.
</div>
<div>I applied for SSDI 3 years ago and after 2 denials and 2 appeals, I am currently waiting for the final decision.
</div>
<div>I have drained both my 401K and personal savings throughout this process.
</div>
<div>I have reached out to local &amp; state agencies for assistance but I don't qualify. (Primarily because I don't have kids/dependents)
</div>
<div>I'm currently behind on house &amp; utilities.
</div>
<div>If you are able to help in anyway I will be eternally grateful.
</div>
<div>I should have a SSDI decision within the next month. Depending on the outcome, I will try to repay as many donations as I can.
</div>
