Service Dog For The Beard (aka Jeff)

Over the past almost four years, our dad, Jeff has been living with and battling head and neck cancer. The last step in this journey has been a laryngectomy which means the Drs removed his voicebox and sealed off his trachea to prevent a 12th aspiration pneumonia. In the fall, our family got him a German Shepherd. Xena has been in training learning the basics but now she is ready to start her more intensive work to be his service dog. Beth, the owner at North Pittsburgh Animal Behavior, is the wonderful trainer my family has been working with already and she is offering her services a significant discount but we still need some help paying for this more complex training.
