Benjamin Harrison WKF JR Worlds

My name is Benjamin Harrison, I am 15 years old and I am raising money for my Karate competition in Guadalajara, Spain.

I had 3 goals this year.

1. Was to win every tournament, I fell short by one tournament.
2. Was to win Nationals, I did win and since I did.

The 3rd goal was to compete in Spain at the World Karate - Do Federation and represent my country. I love my country and what it is about. This is my only way to contribute at the age of 15 for my country.

There are only a small amount of people that have ever accomplished this in America and I am one of them.

My 4th goal for 2013 is to win Worlds, but I am short on funds to make the trip.

The competition is not just an ordinary tournament, it is the Jr World championships. I have the honor to compete against the top countries in the Art of karate for Kumite. I attached a video of my gold medal match at 2013 Nationals. I will bring home gold medal from Spain.


I train with Keiko Shin Karate Academy, Sensei Ernesto Fuentes. I want to thank all people who have believed in me and have supported me in my 7 years of Karate. It is a way of life not a sport...
