At the start of September 2020 in amongst what has already been an unpredictable year my dear cousin Chris at 32 years old had been diagnosed with an aggressive and Rare cancer called, Desmoplastic Small round cell tumour. As you can imagine this is terrible news for his loving mother Natalie and family.
Chris is at Stage 4 unfortunately and they have decided to treat him with Chemotherapy, this is so far at a palliative level to help with symptoms and his pain after treatment he will have a scan to access where to from there as far as helping him try fight through the days of this extremely rare cancer.
Chris being the giant, kind hearted and hard Working man he is also has not long before his diagnosis turned his life around after a few ups and down in his twenties and done us all so very proud and found himself madly in love with his partner Diana. Diana came with four beautiful kids who have slotted right into his life and family so well, the bond they have is like something you would only ever read about in a fairy-tale, seeing Chris suddenly so happy and content in life is one of the many facts that has made this bombshell so very hard to deal with.
While our family take one day at a time, creating memories and cherishing the good times with a dose of humour when we can, the reality is still very much at large on all our minds of those who love Chris so I have set up this givealittle page as just one way to help support Chris and his family if we can so-what as even slightly relieve them of financial burdens right now in anyway I know they would be extremely grateful.
Chris can no longer work and funds will go towards the toll this has taken on him losing his income and needing treatment. Chris is a young man who still has so much to live for goals, family, kids, Diana.
The odds may be stacked against us but giving in and giving up is just not how we roll. Thankyou for taking the time to read and donate and support our cherished Chris.
