Harvey Relief

We aren't really sure how to ask for help but many people have expressed that they would like to help us and so here it goes: We evacuated when Harvey hit. We live in Galveston, and although the Island didn't get hit nearly as hard as some places, our apartment certainly did. While we were away, our apartment took on water. We don't know how much because by the time we got back most of it had receded. However, as it left, a major mold infestation occurred. There is literally mold every where. All of our furniture is useless. Most of our clothes are gone. All of our food is gone. The more we go through our belongings, the more we have to throw out. We have to start our whole life over. The worst of it is that we are still currently living in this apartment, while the mold continues to spread, because we are having a hard time finding a new place to move to. We can't cook in this apartment. Myself and our cats are getting sick from this apartment. So, we need help. Even if it is just to have a hot meal. We are so sorry to ask for help because we know we are not the only ones devastated by Harvey. So if you would like to help, we graciously and humbly accept. Please do not feel obligated. We are thankful just for the well wishes and good thoughts of support. Thank you.
