Raising funds for kidney donor

This has been a great source of anxiety and stress for me for some years now. My older brother is sick and in dire need of a kidney transplant. His kidney functions are extremely low at the moment and he needs help as soon as possible. I wanted to bear it all and help him myself but unfortunately I just found out that I am ineligible to be a donor candidate. I am not a blood type match and I can’t participate in the kidney trade off program that’s being offered, which would have been option b. There is a program that would allow us to be paired up with another group of people who’s in a similar situation; where they have a willing donor but the donor isn’t a match to the person they’re trying to help. Once paired up with another group in the same dilemma, we would trade the healthy kidneys between the mismatches in each group so that each group could get a kidney that’s a match to the person who needs it. My big brother has always been my hero and I love him. It was heartbreaking to find out that I can’t even participate in the kidney trade off program that’s being offered as a possible solution. I have a super rare blood disease that has the potential to cause cancer. To my knowledge, I do not currently have cancer but due to the circumstances I have to get check ups every year to make sure that nothing is growing within my body. I was told that because of my condition, I run the risk of giving cancer itself or the blood disease that causes cancer to who ever receives an organ from me. For this reason, I was told that I couldn’t be a donor at all. Over the years we have made huge diet changes in hopes that we could reverse the condition of his kidneys but kidney disease has made it to the point where his only option is a transplant. My family has been in prayer for a long time but we have yet to find someone who could help. I am writing this in the hopes that there is someone out there compassionate enough to help. This is a plea calling out to any family, friends, or strangers willing to help out in this time of need and become a donor. He has two beautiful daughters and he is a great father. He just wants to live so he could be there for his daughters, protect them, and watch them grow up. The transplant process is relatively safe so anyone willing to help won’t have to worry about hurting him or herself. Healthy kidneys are resilient and the human body is very adaptive. You can live a long happy life with one kidney. The way it was explained to me from doctors, is that once a person has one kidney in their body, the body figures it out, and the one kidney left inside enlarges in order to function as if your body still had 2 kidneys within it. The kidneys are a muscle just like any other within the body. When one kidney is left to do more work it becomes stronger. The procedure would be done at little cost to the donor and it would be a beautiful deed. Helping my brother would be a life saving kind gesture, which my family would be eternally grateful for. His blood type is O positive. Anyone willing to help please message me, and I will give you the information needed so that you could be tested to be a donor. This is our only option at this point. We would appreciate anyone willing to open his or her hearts and save a life. We have searched far and wide for a donor but we have had no luck. We are hoping to raise money so that we can compensate any possible donors out there who are willing to help.
