We have experienced a sudden and tragic loss in our family. My nephew Maximilian Cante Ohetika Alvarez-BlueHorse was born on October 5, 2017 prematurely. Due to his sudden arrival, he was given the middle name, Cante Ohetika, which originates from the Lakota language and translates to Brave Heart. Maximilian developed an infection suddenly and passed away on October 18, 2017. This page was set up to raise funeral funds in order to assist Yolonda and Cris during this time of grief.
