Dear family and friends,
Please pray for our family especially our mother’s health! Our loving parents, who left to celebrate their 30th anniversary in Hawaii only expected to be vacationing a week. Unfortunately, it ended up becoming an unplanned extended visit because our mom has gotten extremely sick, once again, and has been in and out of the emergency room over seas. It has now been a month and we are still uncertain when they will return. We want to make sure she is in good health for travel but each time she appears to be making progress, her sickness reoccurs. Doctors are still uncertain as to what is causing it and have not found a solution! Funds have been extremely tight given our dad is the sole provider. Our mom is also the caregiver to her aging mother when she is home and we believe that added stress may be provoking her symptoms. Our father rescheduled several flights assuming our mom was on the road to recovery and healthy enough to take the next flight home. Instead he has had to book a hotel and rental car since her first admittance. We have done our best to avoid asking for help but here we are now. We sincerely ask that you pray and donate (if you can) so that we can help them eliminate some of the mounting costs. Also, please pray for our father’s mental and physical health because this is a difficult time for him as well. As their children, we sense feelings of helplessness because there is nothing we can do to help physically. With two of us still finishing up college, our finances are limited. Anything to help will be a blessing! Thank you for your continuous support, known and unknown!
