Harvey Relief Fund for Team Members

I'm one of the employees of the Mott MacDonald team based in Pearland, TX.  I have not personally lost due to hurricane Harvey, but many of our local team members have.

We intend on distributing these funds as cash to our team members so that they can use the funds as best as suits their needs because each have lost their personal posesssions, time off work, furniture, need repairs to their home, and other necessities, including possibly looking for a new place to live.

Due to the immediate need, I plan on starting to personally withdraw funds this week, distribute cash or check disbursals to our team members, based on need, and then distributing bi-weekly, or as appropriate, to ensure that they receive timely support during their greatest need.
