Some of you may know, some may not, but my amazing stepdad was finally given a diagnosis early this year for the illness that has been plaguing him for the past few years. Fortunately, my aunt is a match and has so selflessly offered to be his donor! Unfortunately, he cannot work or expose his body to anything that might jeopardize the transplant for several weeks following the surgery. That is where every little bit helps! You won't find a soul who wouldn't say Ron has always been a giver of whatever he has, and the first friend to offer a helping hand.
