Give Back 4 Claire Wineland

Claire Wineland is an activist, entrepreneur, and author who continues to inspire everyone she meets. Through her non-profit organization, “Claire’s Place Foundation” she works to support people with terminal and chronic illness and their families. I am raising money for her, as she has done for so many others, to surprise her for the holidays. I am thankful I met Claire while I was in Pediatric Pulmonolgy fellowship. She taught me how to maintain grace while dealing with adversity. She reminds me to be grateful for every breath I take. She is full of humor, wisdom and charisma and I truly want to give back to this selfless individual. Claire is the author of the book Every Breath I Take, Surviving and Thriving with Cystic Fibrosis and a TEDx speaker. Let’s surprise her this holiday season so she knows how appreciative we are of all the great work she is doing in the world!
