My name is Billy D. Washington and I have been a stand-up comedian for over 20 years. I have met many people over the course of my career that I consider friends and others that may have crossed my path for this very reason. I began my career here in Houston, I've lived here my entire life, I have many acquaintances and friends who have been affected by this horrific storm and I have to do all I can to help. If there are people who are willing to allow me to be responsible for your donations to our relief effort, I would be greatly honored. I have identified several underserved families and 100% of your donations along with mine will go directly to help store some normalcy to their lives. I'd like to thank all my fans, friends and celebrity friends for reaching out to me personally, I'll be fine but there is work for us to do for others.
