Help Ava Davis And Family

21 month old Ava Davis has been officially diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. A type of cancer of the blood and bone marrow that affects her white blood cells. 
She had her first round of chemo as well as a blood transfusion yesterday, August 30th. She had surgery the day prior for the placement of her central line and received a lumbar puncture. This has been a very difficult and heartbreaking week for Ava and her family. 
Her treatment will last a total of 3 years. She will receive chemotherapy one day a week for the next 6 months. Ava's mother, Ashley, will be taking a leave at work which will be unpaid, in order to take care of Ava.
