Help with Kevins medical expenses

On 12/17/21 Kevin (our beloved dog) was involved in a tragic accident resulting in several of his toes being crushed (one completely cut off) by an escalator. This tragic event occurred after he excited ran towards the escalator and was a horrific accident resulting in his paw needing a partial amputation. We are asking for help from our community, friends, and anyone who is willing/able to donate to help pay for his medical expenses as-well as we ask that you all can send us any prayers or healing vibrations to him so that he may have a strong and speedy recovery.

 

Kevin is the light of our lives and he is a valued family member. We love him so much! Anything helps. Despite his injuries he remains a loving cute happy boy.

 

As horrific as this incident was we also would like everyone to be aware of the dangers of escalators and to ensure that your pets are not able to get anywhere near them without proper carry bags or being picked up bc this is a tragic and hard event to go through both for Kevin and us as his family. Thankfully he will be able to walk and play once he recovers and we are so grateful to all the officers (fire department and police) that assisted in helping rescue kevin aswell as his medical team. If anyone would like more info or is able to donate we would appreciate it whole heartedly. Anyone who knows Kevin or has met him knows he is the sweetest, friendliest and most playful boy.
