Harvey Abandoned Pets & In Shelters

Hundreds of dogs were left tied up to trees and poles as their human owners fled the floods in Houston. Some have been rescued and there has been a mass euthanization of dogs. Houston SPCA is over crowed with so many dogs coming in. Dallas DogRRR has a shelter in East Houston, they are in the middle of evacuation as the damn was opened up and water is on the rise. FEMA will help humans but Houston SPCA and Pet shelters need money to help with all these affected animals.I also want to purchase Pet-Food Gift Cards to give to displaced humans who took their dogs with them.
