Disc Dog "Kowboy" Needs Our Help

I first met Mike Kowboy's owner on Facebook when I lost my Australian Shepherd "Fila". Mike reached out to me to offer suggestions and emotional support as I went through the grueling 32 day hunt to bring her home. When I was ready to give up Mike would lift me up and give me hope. Fila's outcome was a victory story and she still lives with me today 3 years later! (you can see her rescue video on "Find Fila" page on Facebook) And now Mike needs our help! Mike adopted Kowboy at 9 months of age after he was returned to the breeder 3 different times. He was returned for being too bouncy and he dribbled urine. But Mike wanted a Disc Dog and fell in love with Kow. Their story is also one of success! Kow went on to compete for several seasons then he began fundraising for local charities such as Australian Shepherds Furever, Make a Wish Foundation, Guild Dogs to name a few. Kow at 16 months was jumping 50-60" with no effort. At the time the Guinness world record was 57". Soon after Kow was noticed by many photographers and ended up on front pages of newspapers and got the handle "The Wow Factor Dog" providing some of the most extreme flying wow factor photos. Kowboy regularly competed at the Canadian Pet Expo in Toronto and competing against such greats as Hero and Sarah who will be on AGT 8.29.17. To date Kowboy has raised over $4000 for charities but now needs our help. The urine dribbling that he's had all his 8 years of life are now requiring medical care to provide him with a quality retirement to live out with his beloved family. His dad continues to help people find their lost pets and fosters many Aussies till they find homes even though he was recently laid off of his job. Every dollar helps to save Kow's life.
