Llulibeth Trujillo

As many of you know Llulibeth was a 13yr old teenager that liked to play soccer, read Harry Potter and have fun with her family when she was diagnosed with AML leukemia in  May of 2016. She was at CHOC children's hospital for four months receiving chemotherapy then she had a clean bill of health and returned home. In July of 2017 mom (Nancy) got the call that the cancer was back and Llulibeth would once again have to go trough chemotherapy only this time she has to have a bone marrow transplant too. The one thing that has helped her go trough her treatments is having her Mom by her side. To be in the hospital again going through this treatment is extremely hard on a child but she never complains and always has a smile on her face and a heart full of faith. Llulibeth's Mom, has had insurance that covered her treatments the first time and now again is covering her treatments with the best cancer treatments that they have for this type of cancer. Unfortunately insurance will not cover portion of the treatment (transplant). That means that mom is responsible for the other portion of the treatment. Who would have thought that the insurance companies dictate what kind of cancer treatment you can have based on your coverage? We want the best for Llulibeth , to get well and get strong and start High School with a bright future. Won't you please take a minute and donate? If every Ravenclaw sent in one dollar, every Mother with a child that plays soccer that is healthy sends in one dollar, and everyone that wants Llulibeth to be fully recovered sends one dollar we can easily pay for her transplant.
