My Son Has Been Taken!

My sons father has refused to bring my son home. He has no legal paternity and has refused three paternity tests. My son is 8 and his father had no contact for 5 of those years. He was supposed to bring him home last night and refused. MSP was contacted. Today he walked into shiawassee county and had my custody suspended temporarily due to an "unsafe environment". I have spoke with an attorney and she's certain we can resolve this but I need 1500 for a retainer. If anyone could find it in their heart to help it would mean the world to us. I am a registered nurse and work full time but with three kids I do not have a savings net at this time. Any further questions please feel free to ask.
