Harvey - The Straw That Broke Friend

My name is Geoff Simpson from Houston, Texas.  Mike King is a good friend of my wife and me and lost his work as a pilot due to a lame government mix up/error and has barely been getting by the last few months because of it. Now Harvey has flooded his home and pushed him over the edge. He did not have flood insurance. He has been married to his sweetheart for decades. Anything you can do to help would be greatly appreciated. He will use the money to rebuild his home and provide food and medicine for his wife as they get back on their feet.  

I will I'll be setting this up so that Mike and his wife can directly withdraw the funds to begin to rebuild as soon as possible. 

He's never asked for anything and has always been the first to help others. Below is his story....

"Im currently out of business, unable to work, my home and all my furniture and personal belongings are currently under water, in the house, due to Hurricane Harvey...The storm surge completely engulfed my home.It's really bad here, can't even get to a store. My wife, Karen is a heart patient requiring constant medication and care, we are in a very precarious predicament. My homeowners insurance was canceled due to my inability to work, then Hurricane Harvey destroyed our home."
