Help us save this pup!

We found this 4 month old puppy left for dead on the side of the road in the middle of nowhere Virginia. After noticing he had no tags and seeing no nearby houses we decided to take him to animal control in the county. They were quick to suggest euthanasia, so we decided to drive to a separate county to get him better care and attention. After some fuzzy x-rays (he was a bit wiggly from the pain) it was discovered that he had blunt trauma to the skull and chest. Thankfully now he is in critical care overnight receiving oxygen. Tomorrow there will be more in depth x-rays done to deduce the severity of his injuries. We're looking for some help to cover the vet bill as it has already reached over 1,000 and he might be in need of another day in care. If you are able to donate or share please do!
