A Humble Family Can't Do This Alone
About 13 years ago my Mom had a stroke. My loving dad, who at the time just started working again and myself could not be there to help. He has always keeped his small family together, always putting his self last and the well being of us first. Medical bills piled up, debt, 3 sons who always depended on him and a Mom/wife who was incapacitated but whom he still always loved. Less then a year ago my Mom fell I'll again and passes out. We thought her blood sugar was the cause but that was just the beginning. The doctors found a tumor. She had cancer. Glioblastoma of the brain. Front left lobe, this affects motor functions, to an already Partially paralyzed wife/Mother. Doctors removed the tumor and suggested we did not get chemo because her body was too weak and she would not survive a week of it. She survived 3 months and lost her battle yesterday August 23rd 2017. My Mother, Olga Nelly Santos, is gone and my father, brothers, family and friends are forever less fortunate for it. My dad is old fashion and too humble to ask for help but I'm asking for him my brothers and myself if you could find it in your heart to donate even just a little bit we will be so grateful. We just need a little help for the funeral expenses. Nothing big, nothing glamorous but enough for a parting that displays this beautiful woman and this devoted loving father and husband a well deserved memory in her honor. Thank you for reading.
