Jess's Kilimanjaro Climb

In February 2020 i'm attempting to climb Mount Kilimanjaro in aid of Cornwall Hospice Care.
My grandmother Joan was diagnosed with terminal cancer four years ago and received incredible support from the hospice team throughout her illness. The staff went above and beyond for her, and did everything they could to make her as comfortable as possible.
The work they do is so crucial for the community and for helping people through such a sad time. They desperately need support so i'm raising money for this charity which is very close to my heart.

The team provides expert medical care to help alleviate and manage pain and symptoms, and provide practical, emotional, and spiritual support to patients, their carers and loved ones.
