Caden's Mobility Scooter Lift

Our son, Caden, is a vibrant, full of life 13 year old teenager who was diagnosed with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD) at the young age of five. We are in need of a vehicle Scooter Lift in order to transport his Mobility Scooter. Of course, this is something insurance won't cover....no surprise there. The lift would allow us to easily transfer his scooter, allowing for him to experience further independence. Additionally, a lift would allow for the scooter to be transported as a whole unit, rather than having to disassemble it into several parts. We would like to see if we can raise some funds towards the purchase of this lift as they are not cheap. He will be taking his scooter to school this year as a better way to get around and that means the scooter will have to go back and forth daily, so a lift is much needed.
