<div>Hi, my name is Anna and my sister Abby is currently in the ICU recovering from Septic Shock complicated by DIC (Disseminated intravascular coagulation, abnormal blood clotting throughout the entire body's blood vessels). This health crisis effected every organ in Abby's body. Her recovery so far has been nothing short of a miracle! We are eternally grateful to God, Abby's amazing medical team, and our friends/family/community for the support. Abby's daily living and routine at home will require some modifications to be made and special supplies to be needed.
