Billy is out of the ICU and slowly recovering. He will need to be discharged to an inpatient rehab facility to learn how to walk, etc again, but he should make a full recovery. It's just going to be a very long road.

Hello,My name is Jane Older and I'm creating this page to try and raise money to help me and my kids in this tragic time. On Tuesday august 15th my best friend and father of my two children tried to take his own life. He is currently in the ICU. Billy is finally off of life support, but it is unclear what the outcome will be since he hasn't woken up yet, and we have no time line to guess when and if he will wake up, whether he will have brain damage, etc. he is also battling aspiration pneumonia and sepsis currently.Our two kids Josephine (3) and Jameson (1) are having a hard time transitioning, and I am having a hard time finding ways to make ends meet financially. To top everything off, our landlord has noticed me as of this morning (august 19th) that we have until the 31st to move out because my name is not on the lease. I am now battling lawyer fees (fighting for tenant rights and emergency power of attorney for Billy) regular bills, as well as daily expenses that come with life. I do work full time at a local restaurant but I just don't know how else to make ends meet right now, so I am swallowing my pride and asking for the communities help. I am trying to save up money to find a new house as soon as possible, as well as keep up with daily living expenses. It is heart breaking to not be able to take time off work to spend with my children when they need me, or be by Billy's side. Any donation helps, as well as a share and healing thoughts for my family.
