The breakdown, aka., Getting rolling so this never happens again:
$2000 to repair the front bumper, headlight, passenger side fender and tune up my car. Needed soon!
$450 for a professional dog walking permit and to file proper business paperwork. Needed sooner than later.
$520 for the approximate 10% this site takes for advertising for me. (half of this has been raised too!)
What a year it has been! I am a single mother to a beautiful daughter that was born September 22, 2012. I have loved every minute of being her mommy (well, maybe not the poopy diapers but even that isn't all that bad) but wow, it's really hard sometimes because her father doesn't help at all.
My car was stolen from in front of my house in May. It had a car seat and was full of toys and junk too ... The jerks when for a joyride and purposely crashed a few blocks away!
In June my dog had an episode that required veterinary care ($500 I didn't have to spend.) My poor girl was diagnosed with a slow growing mass cell tumor in her chest that will eventually kill her so I am making her life as good as I can until then. I didn't even ask how much it was to remove.
My pet sitting website has just gone live and I'm just about ready to start accepting new clients. If I'm going to make a real living then I need a business license, dog walking insurance and permit. Those fees come out to about $450. Plus, the site of my crunched car does not instill confidence in new clients. The front bumper, headlight, passenger side fender and tune up will be about $2000.

I'm safe from being booted but I will not to come that close. ever.again. and could use some more or less start-up money.
