First, we would like to thank everyone for their prayers, and, their donations last year when we found out that Kayla had cancer. It's been one heck of a ride, and if anyone knows Kayla, also knows how much she appreciates all of her friends and especially her family.
Three weeks ago we received discouraging news that her cancer had gotten worse and is now Acute Myloid Leukemia, which is much harder to treat. She started chemo at Vanderbilt, but also contacted MD Anderson in Houston, TX and they told her to pack her bags and proceed to their hospital. She and Ricky left Monday.
This is where we need your help again. The doctors told Kayla that she would probably be in Houston for 30-40 days. This is going to be such a massave strain on their finances since Ricky is there with her and cannot work. If you can find it in your heart to donate any small amount this would help so much. And, if you can't donate, please continue your prayers.
