Surgery For Nathan

Hey, my name is Nathan. I'm a single dad with full custody of 3 awesome young men. Aaron-15 Elijah-13 and Noah-12 I am self employed and my field of work is construction. This leads me to the why I'm starting a go fund me page. For over 10 years now I have been dealing with carpal tunnel syndrome and have come to the end of my rope in dealing with the pain and lack of sleep caused by my condition. The bottom line is I need surgery to relieve (hopefully) the symptoms. I'm scheduled for surgery on August 25 at Union General. The total cost for the surgery is approximately $13,500-14,000 which includes the hospitals part, the surgeon, nerve conduction study and post-op visits. This does not include my lost wages and living expenses during recovery (2-4weeks) and because of my work I'm likely to be at the high end of recovery time. I plan on covering the post-op nerve conduction study and the cost of living during recovery but that will still leave me needing about $7850. This amount is only good however if I pay it by the 25th as I get 50% off the hospital stay if paid in full the day of my surgery. That amount is $5060 leaving the balance for the surgeon. If you would like to help out I would greatly appreciate it. I apologize for setting this up so late and I put it off because of my pride I'm sure as it's tougher at least for me, to receive than to give. I know the Lord will provide through His people and please know that I'm deeply humbled and thankful for those of you who give no matter the amount.
