Alli Jo and Andy are the friends we all hope to have and be. The kind of friends that celebrate life to the fullest, open their hearts and home to friends and strangers alike, and who walk faithfully with their people through all the ups and downs of life. Their sweet baby girl, Tatum, has inherited her parents’ joy in life and love for people.
Now, Alli Jo is fighting breast cancer and we’re in it with her. Many friends and family have asked the question “how can we help?” This next year will be full of doctors appointments, surgeries, chemotherapy, and radiation treatments. To help ease the load, we have set up this GoFundMe in order to provide this beautiful family with the following:
Meal Delivery- We know that many of you would love to bring our friends a warm home cooked meal; however due to dietary and medical restrictions we are asking for donations towards a meal delivery service in lieu of a meal train. Freshly.com is a weekly meal delivery service with healthy, fresh menu items which fit within her doctor's recommendations.
House Cleaning Services- Keeping their home clean will be key during this time, while Alli Jo's immune system is doing all it can to fight the cancer. They will need non-toxic cleaning supplies as well as hiring some help.
Flower Delivery- Alli Jo loves fresh flowers and she knows a few friends in the flower buisness who are rockstars at creating the kind of life-giving arrangements which bring her joy. Help us keep fresh flowers in her home to brighten her days.
Medical Expenses- We want to ease the burden of extra medical expenses- including a beautiful wig for Alli Jo.
Also, as things come up like needing help watching Tatum during an appointment, or getting a ride to the doctor, etc., we'll update the calendar through a Caring Bridge journal, link below:
