These Kidney Stones Are Killing Me

Hi, my name is Dan, I'm from the U.S. but I live in the Philippines with my wife and daughter. I have been here well over a decade and have struggled to survive.
I'm the owner and creator of Blindowl Outdoors, a YouTube channel that helps me earn barely enough money to live on. Medical care is there most challenging. In the US, if you need care you can just get it regardless of your ability to pay. Here in the Philippines you need the money up front and must bring your own medical supplies.
I have recently been diagnosed with a large kidney stone in each kidney. Both of which are too large to pass. I am told that I need a procedure called Lithotripsy which is the use of high-energy shock waves to fragment and disintegrate kidney stones. The shock wave, created by using an electromagnetic impulse outside of the body, is focused on the stone. The shock wave shatters the stone, allowing the fragments to pass through the urinary system naturally during urination. Since the procedure is noninvasive meaning the shock wave is generated outside the body, the procedure is termed extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL). I am also told that the procedure will cost at least $2500 per stone.
Without the procedure, things look very grim. And there is no way I can afford this currently on my own. Anything you can give is deeply appreciated as it truly will help save my life. My wife and daughter really need me around too.
The way the banking structure is here, we are finding it easier to have my brother Doug monitor the post and transfer any funds collected.
