Remove Bella's brain tumor

Donation protected
First and foremost, I want everyone to know that Jeff and Amy adamantly, against their absolute wishes, disagreed with me creating this site for them. Perhaps I run the risk of losing great friendship with them. On that exact note, I feel that great level of need to do this as they are going through a great ordeal and an unfathomable event in their life: a brain tumor inside their precious daughter Bella’s head.

For those of you who know them really well, they would much rather give a thousand times over than receive. They fail to realize and even accept that this time, they might be the ones deeply in need.

If you have ever been to a hospital for any surgery or procedure, I am sure that you are shocked by the games the insurance coverage plays. As a result, you are the one stuck with the massive bill. Now just imagine what kinds of costs a brain surgery and the accompanying hospital costs will incur. $$$, and more $$$…

Never mind the life altering recovery they begin to face, never mind the emotional challenges they face, on a continuing basis. They do have to mind the huge financial burden that comes with this kind of specialized medical care, which translates to huge bills...

When you have donated in the past to a big organization, you don’t get to know the people receiving your gift. This time when you give, you know who receives it and how tremendously beneficial it will be for them.

While they will appreciate ANY amount big or small, if you want to even send a get well card or flowers, think about sending it in this method instead, so that every effort will turn into something really useful and caring for them… Many of us are out of town and live far from them, so I can’t cook a meal for them and deliver, rather this is a good way to send healing thoughts, prayers, love and support in this trying times.

While all of us are anxiously waiting for good news of good surgery tomorrow, let us consider this method of giving. In addition, if you wish to be kept anonymous, the site allows you to select that option and only the site administrator (me - Sunny Corba) will be able to view and I will not share this with the Jeff and Amy.

On behalf of the Myers family, I thank you for taking the time to read and making any donation!
