A Heart To Save A Heart!

Hello!I don't really know how to do this... I'm not good at asking for money from anyone, but my family needs me. Well then, I won't let them down. Hiya! I'm Mark Sanders, a 31 year old man with a beautiful fiancé, daughter and son. The picture above is is three, minus my boy Nathaniel. Soon, we will have another, as well! But today, our happy little home got shook to its core... Right to the heart...It's 5:04 PM on 8/14/17, and I'm lying in an emergency room gurney. I work for Knaack in Crystal Lake, Illinois. I work hard, 58 hour weeks, rain or shine. My fiancé drives me to and from work, as I'm in the process of getting my license. Anyway, she was working as well until she was blessed with our second. Then she could no longer work at the factory with me, needless to say. She's tried to get a job everywhere, and still rigorously tries, but no one is willing to hire a pregnant woman. No one. Well, my mother raised me right, and I take care of my woman while she's bearing my child with no complaint. That was going happily until 9am this morning... While on my forklift at work, my chest became tight. First it was nothing, like the "Monster," I drank had a higher energy content or something. Then... I started sweating uncontrollably. I stepped down from my forklift and started spinning instantly. I was so dizzy I had to seat myself on a stack of boxes. A pain started attacking my Left breast, right where the heart is. My left arm went numb, so did my lips. Before I lost the ability to talk I told one of our First Responders, (a team of people who help those who get hurt on the job,) that I was having a heart attack. I can't really remember much after that...Ambulance ride...Ceiling lights...Cat scan...What I remember clearly is them saying "you're not having a heart attack." That made me so happy. I was about to get up and get dressed when the doctor said, "but, we've found something interesting on your heart. Your right artery is on the left side, you have a malignant anomalous..." They explained it better than I could, but in essence it means my artery is on the wrong side and that's what's causing these attacks. Then they said, "we normally don't find this until it is too late. It has the highest rate of sudden cardiac death, so you can't go to sleep, okay? Let's get you comfortable." ...I was in such a daze, it moved right passed me. My fiancé was weeping and I continued talking to the woman as happily and casually as she was... They left, and I thought "sudden cardiac death? That's not so bad..." Then it set in... I would have died suddenly and terrifyingly if I hadn't come in... I started sobbing so hard. Chelsea, my fiancé, caught me as I collapsed into her arms. I wasn't just "under the weather.." I'm dying. I was supposed to get a tooth pulled today! My prescriptions are at home... And I've been told that I'm going to be out of work for 3 months minimum. That means no one to buy food. No one to pay bills or rent... That means my life has fallen apart...I'm now here, in my room, lying upon my deathbed. So, I open my wounded heart to the world to see. I am hoping that these generous donations will aid me to keep my family afloat until I am healed. I will list the tallies now. Rent- $700•4 Months = $2,800Food- 400•4 Months = $1,600Bills- 500•4 Months = $2,000Baby- 400•4 Months = $1,600License- $3,000 (court cost. I had budgeted to get this paid next month...)That totals to $11,000. I will likely need prescriptions and gas to get around, so a rounded $12,000 is what I ask. So please, help me. I've come so far... I have no where to turn... I am at your mercy...My love knows no bounds to my family. My pride is dashed. My fiancé will continue to run this page incase the worst happens. But hear a few words from a dying man with a small chance to live. Smile more. Take a second to just stop, wherever you are, and take it in. Such beautiful souls around us all. Be kind to one another... There is so much hate in this planet, it's time for some peace.Thank you. Mark SandersLet your spirit fly~
