Pineappletribe at Carnival 2018

Hi everyone. We want to come back to Notting Hill Carnival in 2018. The powers that be want us to move to a different, larger pitch, but have also told us we need a different type of licence, the cost of which, on top of all the other costs, are just too much for us to cover. We need to pay for: - Licensing, including conditions we need to meet to get the license. - Soundsystem hire. - Installation hire (barriers, staging). - Lorry hire. - Generator Hire. - Fuel. Pineapple Tribe has been part of Carnival for about 20 years now and apart from a few years where we got some sponsorship, we have always covered all costs ourselves. Unfortunately we just can't afford to self fund this any more. If you want to see us back at Carnival 2018, please donate anything you can. Thank you, Pineapple Tribe
