Kidney Transplant

As some of you may know iv been diagnosed with stage 4 kidney failure iv only got one kidney as it is and it's failing. I'm trying to get some insurance to be able to get on the transplant list... I will have to go on dialysis sooner than later regardless of transplant which will consume as much 18 hours per week.. I don't like having to ask anyone for help with ANYTHING!!! All I ask is that my friends and family look into your heart and give anything you feel would help it will be more than greatly appreciated. Hopefully I can find the energy to keep working trying to get some insurance. Normal kidney function number is about 80 mine was 19 at last checkup failure comes at 15.
