Please HelpMe Save My Childhood Home

Hello, My name is Jamie. I have never had to ask for help, but I'm in such a horrible bind. It's time I learn to swallow my pride. I'm a single mom of my 8 year old son named D.J! My current situation has been getting worse by the day as well as my Grandpa's health. It's hard to watch him slowly writher away and I'm trying my best to take care of him. He is such a BIG part of my son, DJ's life. My son & I hear him crying in the bathroom from tremendous pain he is experiencing which is mostly due complications from the radiation treatement from prostate cancer. I have been having issues with VA hosiptal to the point where I wanna pull my hair out..We went to speak to other doctors and more cancer specialists. They informed us about an Experimental drug called Ibrutnib is remarkable drug when you are fighting Leukemia. It helps prolong your life along with improve day to day quality of life. With Grandpas income from Social Security I did decide to help out with medicine that does help BIG time with him for the day. His doctor wants him to take 3X times a day? We can not afford them and I try my hardest to scrap up the $$ so he can at least get 1 pill maybe 2 for him cause he has expressed a huge improvement while taking them on a regular basis!. It can be real hard at times, especially with me taking care of him. Too many doctor appointments to keep up with these days and still find time to work an make a living :(
   With focusing on all that I lost focus that HOA fees where due ea. month at my condo. Im usually never forgetting important information but the stress was through the roof an had way too much on my mind. Before you know it they summons ME with an order either I pay up or move out.. WHAAAT??  Im a single mom just trying to survive thats it NOTHING MORE NOTHING LESS..Here I sit here scared out my mind.. Not sure what way to turn to or what to do anymore.. It is INSANE to me  Christmas 2016 was roughly 8 mo. ago I was busy with making grab bags with my son for the homeless community and now you look @ the situation: Im barely holding on here. It feels like the string will snap at any second. Im sorry if its depressing to hear.  It's now time that I suck up my pride. NEVER HAD TO ASK FOR ANYTHING,  I have absoluetly no one to reach out to as far as family is concerned. Tragically I lost my only parent that raised me on his own from the age of 5. My mother passed away when I was 5 years old. I have lived in my condo my entire life (1978 is when my father moved in). I put in $$ after my father's passing to update it and have it remodeled. I realized that this might have been fate because my son was already going to my same school I quickly realized my father (in his spirit) wanted us to stay so my son could experience the same memories..  The Association wants there $. But I cant let them win, I owe barely pennies, in comparison to what it is actually worth.
  School is about to start up for my eight-year-old he will be starting the 3rd grade next week I cry myself to sleep and wake up crying I just think once upon a star I have pride but I'm not too proud to ask when I need help.
      The smallest donation of $5 is truly a blessing to my family and we would appreciate it very much especially in this desperate time of need thank you and God bless yourself and your family! Just a fyi I have made the goal at $2500 which I will lower it later or increase depending on your love and generosity! The association  for this month by the 25th of August is requesting $579 from me  and  another $  500 from me on  Sept 2nd being able to disperse to pay for the HOA costs.. As of September 5th, I still have to pay them another $1200 by September 20th. You can see it does help big time with my situation but it clearly goes extremely quick for being  behind. :( get accomplished.
