Amazing Person In Need Of Support

Have you ever met someone who would give you her last penny even though she was starving? That's Gloria. I have known Gloria since I was a toddler. She was my families nanny and my saving grace. She became family quickly, even though she had a very large one of her own. As a single mom who immigrated to create a better life for her children, she tragically her only daughter to a car accident when she was 16. Most people would become angry at the world, but not Gloria. She has continued to give to her community, her church, and anyone she comes in contact with even though she has nothing for herself. There is no kinder and more deserving person.This being said, Gloria has faced nothing but hardship. Gloria was able to retire several years ago after going partially blind by living frugally. However, she still has her adult son in her care. Recently, gloria was hit with another tragedy when she broke her leg with no health insurance. Three months later, her house began to show the wear and tear of many years and she was forced to start working again at age 75, full time with a broken leg. She was able to hire someone to start doing repairs on her pipes, but he took all of her money and disappeared. Her son has taken a second job on top of her working full time, and they still can't even fix their water. She has lived her entire life with no heat or air conditioning in her house, and now has no clean hot water. If I could give her all of the money that could make her retirement possible, I would in a heartbeat. Unfortunately, I am a student and that is why I am asking for your help. Every dollar makes a huge difference. Please help me let this woman who has lived her life for everyone else, finally retire with things we consider basic necessities.
