Help Roo Run Again!!

Hello Everyone!
Roo is our wonderful 7 year old Dutch Shepherd mix who has been with us since she was a puppy. She has overcome a lot in her life, and now she needs our help again.
When Roo was a puppy, she was beaten up by some kids and abandoned after breaking her front leg. After a long recovery, she finally was able to run and play like a normal puppy. Several years passed, Roo has gotten a bit older but still has that happy go lucky puppy attitude. Last year while running for a ball, Roo tore her Anterior Cruciate Ligament in her knee (ACL). After an invasive surgery and 6 months of laying low, Roo was finally back up to speed in time to join us on an adventure moving across the country from Baltimore to San Francisco! We have lived in the bay area for a few months now and we are still getting to know all the exciting dog parks, hikes, and dog beaches.
Unfortunately while exploring some of these new adventures, Roo tore her ACL in her opposite leg and now can no longer run, play or enjoy a nice walk around the block. Luckily we have had experience nursing Roo back to health from this injury before, and we have no doubt in her ability to he back up in due time.
So where do you come in?
As I previously mentioned, we recently relocated across the country to a new home. Our trip has been full of exciting twists and turns, but also extremely costly. This puts us in the unfortunate situation of not having the money to fix Roo's leg for the 3rd time. Because of the severity of Roo's injury, she requires a very specific kind of surgery called a TPLO procedure. There are other options, but this method of rebuilding the mechanics of the dogs leg has proven most effective and worked great on Roo's previous injury. If any of our family and friends would be so generous as to help us get Roo to run again we would be eternally grateful. We have a wonderful new home and we want to have Roo by our side at every step!
