Madeleine Tope's Heart Surgery Fund

Madeleine Tope, daughter of Joel and Kathy Tope, will be having open heart surgery on Wednesday August 23, 2017. Obviously, there will be many medical and other expenses and Joel will miss time and pay while away from work.
